Do I pay to submit my records?
No. You submit your records without paying. We explain the consultation fee, full plan price and any additional testing before sending a payment link.
Can you use my existing blood tests?
Your clinician will check their date, markers and suitability. Further testing may be needed before a transfer or prescription can be agreed.
What happens to my current prescription?
Keep following your current prescriber’s advice. Submitting this form does not transfer prescribing responsibility or guarantee treatment. Tell us how much medication you have left so we can discuss timing.
Are dose increases included?
Clinician-approved dose adjustments within your agreed plan are included. Changes to medication, additional treatments or services may have a different price, which is explained before you agree.
Have I booked a time when I submit?
No. Choose a morning or afternoon preference, in UK time. Our team contacts you to agree a date and time before payment and booking confirmation.
