Dr Ian Gallen is a Consultant Endocrinologist with over two decades of experience in diabetes and hormonal care, particularly in athletes. He served as Special Medical Advisor for the London 2012 Olympics and has worked with Olympic gold medallist Sir Steve Redgrave.

Ian is founder and editor of Runsweet.com, and was awarded a CBE for his contribution to public health. At Heracles, he brings his expertise in lifestyle and hormonal health to our weight loss and metabolic health programme.
