Paula Allchorne is a Urological Nurse and Psychosexual Therapist with over 28 years of clinical experience in urology and sexual health. Her work bridges medical and psychological care, supporting individuals and couples through concerns including desire, arousal, pain, intimacy, and confidence.

Paula has held leadership roles within the European Association of Urology Nurses, including as Past President, and founded Nurses Against Bladder Cancer, now Action Bladder Cancer UK. She has received the Chief Nursing Officer's Gold Award and 13 national awards for leadership, patient care, and service development.
