What men are saying.

Steve

Two blood tests, a proper consultation, a specialist who actually explained everything. It took a few weeks but I knew by the end that the diagnosis was right and the treatment was right for me.

— Steve, 46, London

Paul

Six weeks in and the fog lifted. I’m sleeping better, training better, and my wife says I’m less of a miserable sod. Her words.

— Paul, 43, Leeds

Rich

I looked at three other TRT clinics. They all wanted to prescribe off one blood test. Heracles made me do two, explained why, and the consultation was free. That told me everything I needed to know.

— Rich, 49, Bristol

Common questions.

How do I know if I have low testosterone?

Symptoms like persistent fatigue, low mood, weight gain around the middle, reduced sex drive, and difficulty concentrating can all point to low testosterone. The only way to know for sure is a blood test. Ours costs £29.90 and checks four biomarkers.

Why do I need two blood tests?

Testosterone fluctuates throughout the day and week to week. International clinical guidelines require two separate tests, taken on different days, before a diagnosis can be made. Our co-founders helped write those guidelines.

What happens if my testosterone isn’t low?

You’ll have a clear baseline to track over time, and you’ll know testosterone isn’t the issue. If you want to discuss your results with a specialist, a consultation is available for £65.

Is TRT safe?

When prescribed and monitored by specialists, TRT is a well-established treatment with decades of clinical evidence. Your treatment includes ongoing blood monitoring and specialist check-ins to ensure everything stays on track.

How quickly will I notice a difference?

Most men report improvements in energy and mood within 3–6 weeks. Libido and sexual function typically improve at 6–8 weeks. Muscle and body composition changes build over 3–6 months.

Can I stop TRT if I want to?

Yes. Your specialist will discuss this with you and can guide a safe tapering process if needed.

Not feeling quite yourself? A £29.90 blood test is all it takes to find out why.
