We reserve the right to update these Terms of Sale from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

All clinicians who work with us are registered with the General Medical Council (GMC) and practise in accordance with GMC guidelines, including Good Medical Practice. Our clinicians are experienced, appropriately qualified, and regularly reviewed to ensure they provide safe and effective care.
Prescriptions issued through our platform are dispensed by Clarity Pharmacy, a registered pharmacy that operates in compliance with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) standards. All medications dispensed are sourced from UK-licensed wholesalers and manufacturers.
Blood testing and laboratory services are provided by Viva Health Labs, which holds UKAS accreditation (United Kingdom Accreditation Service). UKAS accreditation ensures that laboratory testing meets internationally recognised standards for accuracy, reliability, and quality.
To place an order on our website, you will need to complete an online consultation. This involves providing accurate and complete medical and personal information so that our clinicians can assess whether the requested treatment is safe and appropriate for you.
For your safety and in compliance with regulatory requirements, we may require identity verification before processing your order. This may include providing a form of photographic identification and/or proof of address. We use secure verification services to protect your personal data during this process.
All orders for prescription products are subject to clinician approval. Our clinicians review your consultation answers and medical history to determine whether the requested treatment is appropriate. If the clinician determines that the treatment is not suitable, your order will not be processed and you will be refunded in full.
The clinician may request additional information from you before making a decision. In some cases, the clinician may suggest an alternative treatment. You are not obligated to accept any alternative offered, and you may cancel your order at any time before the prescription is issued.
Many of our treatment plans operate on a rolling monthly subscription basis. When you subscribe, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel your subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@heracles.health or through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to any remaining products or services until the end of that period.
Once a prescription product has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns. This is because prescription medications cannot be resold or reused once they have left the pharmacy, in accordance with UK pharmaceutical regulations. Please ensure you review your order carefully before confirming.

Our website offers both prescription and non-prescription products. Prescription products require a valid prescription issued by one of our registered clinicians following an online consultation. Non-prescription products (such as supplements, blood test kits, and accessories) can be purchased directly without a consultation.
All prescription medications are dispensed by a registered pharmacy and delivered directly to you in discreet packaging. Medications are supplied in their original manufacturer’s packaging with a patient information leaflet included.
You must use all products in accordance with the instructions provided, the patient information leaflet, and any specific guidance given by our clinicians. If you experience any adverse effects, stop using the product immediately and seek medical attention.
Our online consultations are designed to be convenient, confidential, and clinically thorough. During the consultation, you will be asked a series of questions about your health, medical history, current medications, and lifestyle. It is essential that you provide honest and accurate answers.
Providing false or misleading information during a consultation could result in inappropriate treatment being prescribed, which may pose a serious risk to your health. If we discover that you have provided inaccurate information, we reserve the right to cancel your order and terminate your account.
Our clinicians may contact you by email or telephone if they need to clarify any information you have provided or to discuss your treatment plan further.
Our TRT treatment plans include an initial assessment and ongoing monitoring to ensure safe and effective therapy. As part of this treatment, you will be required to complete regular blood tests to monitor your hormone levels and overall health markers.
Blood test schedule: You will be required to complete a baseline blood test before starting treatment. Follow-up blood tests are scheduled at regular intervals (typically at 6 weeks, 3 months, 6 months, and every 6 months thereafter) to ensure your treatment is optimised and that there are no adverse health effects.
Failure to complete the required blood tests may result in your treatment being paused or discontinued, as our clinicians cannot safely prescribe ongoing treatment without up-to-date blood work.
Our ED treatment operates on a monthly subscription basis. Following your initial consultation and clinician approval, your medication will be dispensed and delivered on a recurring monthly schedule. You can adjust your treatment or cancel at any time by contacting us.
Our weight loss treatment plans require additional clinical information to ensure eligibility and safety. As part of your consultation, you may be required to:
Weight loss treatments are monitored closely, and you may be required to attend regular check-ins and provide updated weight and health information to ensure ongoing suitability of treatment.
You may cancel an order for non-prescription products at any time before dispatch and receive a full refund. For non-prescription products that have been delivered, you may return them within 14 days of receipt in their original, unopened condition for a full refund, minus the cost of return shipping.
For prescription products, cancellation is possible before the prescription has been issued by the clinician. Once a prescription has been issued and the medication has been dispensed and dispatched, returns and refunds cannot be provided. This policy exists because prescription medications cannot be returned to stock once they leave the pharmacy for health and safety reasons.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@heracles.health. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds are processed using the original payment method and are typically completed within 5–10 business days.
All products purchased from us are for personal use only. You must not resell, distribute, or share any products purchased from Heracles, especially prescription medications. Sharing prescription medication with others is illegal and dangerous.
You are responsible for storing all products in accordance with the storage instructions provided on the packaging and/or patient information leaflet. Products should be kept out of the reach of children.

These Terms of Sale, together with our General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your purchase.
If any provision of these Terms of Sale is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Sale shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Selected treatment plans may include a promotion where you receive one month of treatment free when you subscribe and complete three consecutive months. This promotion applies automatically to eligible treatment plans during the promotional period. The free month will be applied as a credit to your fourth billing cycle. Terms and eligibility may vary; full details will be provided at the time of purchase.
We may partner with content creators and influencers to offer exclusive discount codes providing up to 30% off selected products and treatment plans. These codes are subject to specific terms, including expiry dates and usage limits. Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
Our Creators Programme allows selected content creators to earn rewards by promoting Heracles products and services. Participation in the programme is by invitation or application and is subject to separate terms and conditions provided to participants upon acceptance into the programme. Heracles reserves the right to withdraw any creator from the programme at any time.
New customers who subscribe to our mailing list may receive a welcome email containing a 20% discount code. This code is valid for a single use on your first order and is subject to a minimum order value, which will be stated in the email. The code must be applied at checkout and cannot be used retrospectively. This offer cannot be combined with other promotional codes unless otherwise stated.
