Heracles editorial team · Updated 20 October 2026
Ready for specialist TRT care with a clear monthly price? Switch to Heracles with a free consultation and injectable plans from £105 per month, including prescribed medication, applicable supplies, scheduled blood tests and doctor reviews.
Our team brings together expertise in testosterone, fertility, sexual health and nutrition. This guide explains how to prepare your records, agree your handover and get started.
Enquire about your free switch consultation.
Heracles was co-founded by Professor Suks Minhas and Professor Tet Yap. Their work brings together testosterone care, sexual health and male fertility, supported by a wider team in endocrinology, nutrition and psychosexual health.
Ask for two clear figures: what you pay to start and what you pay each month. Your written quote should explain any difference between them.
Gather the documents you already have and ask the receiving clinic which it needs. If something is missing, the team can explain what information it needs.
Keep your own copies and ask both services how to share them securely. Use the clinical service's designated upload or record-transfer route for medical documents.
Ask the receiving clinic to review the reports before paying to repeat them. Heracles considers the date, markers and suitability of existing tests; further testing may be needed. A report that was useful for your current clinic does not automatically meet another prescriber's assessment requirements.
For background on what a report contains, read our testosterone blood-test guide. For the actual tests and timing needed for your transfer, follow the receiving clinical team's instructions.
Tell the clinical team how much medication you have remaining. An enquiry form or a cancelled subscription does not itself transfer prescribing responsibility. Follow your current prescriber's instructions and discuss any proposed treatment change with the responsible clinician.
Ask for the transfer consultation charge, any additional testing, the recurring treatment cost and the minimum commitment. Record collection, delivery, supplies, extra appointments and additional medicines separately if they are not included.
For an existing patient, compare the next 12 months from the proposed transfer date. A new-patient diagnostic package and an established patient's transfer quote may cover different work. Treat an unconfirmed charge as unknown, rather than entering zero.
Use our UK TRT cost comparison and clinic-choice checklist to organise the questions. A cheaper headline subscription does not establish which full quote is lower.
The useful starting point is your actual care and written quote. The same provider may offer different plans, formulations or terms, so a brand name alone does not establish what you currently pay or what a transfer would involve.
Tell Heracles which service you use, what you want to understand about switching and whether a review or prescription is due soon. The team can explain the records and next steps for your enquiry. For a sourced comparison of two billing models, see Leger Clinic and Heracles: costs and switching questions.
The Heracles switching page starts with your name, email and a message about your current care. The enquiry and switch consultation are free. The team contacts you to discuss your treatment and explains the review, records and costs before you decide to proceed.
Your switch consultation is free. Your monthly plan price and any extra testing are explained before payment. Acceptance, treatment choice and dose changes remain clinical decisions. The published monthly plan has a three-month minimum; additional services are priced separately.
I currently receive prescribed TRT from [clinic]. I would like to understand your transfer process, the records you need and the full costs. My next review or prescription is due on [date]. Please explain how clinical responsibility and any outstanding results would be handled during a transfer, and how to send records securely.
Keep the first message brief. Send detailed medical records through the route the clinical team provides.
Do not assume that switching requires you to stop treatment or repeat the whole diagnostic process. Ask the receiving clinician to review your existing records and agree the handover with your current service. Follow your prescriber's instructions; any treatment change needs an individual clinical decision.
Keep copies of your prescription, results and clinic letters. Tell the receiving team that your current service is unavailable, which results still need review and when your next prescription is due. Ask who can take responsibility for your care while a transfer is being assessed. A submitted enquiry is not confirmation that a new clinic has accepted responsibility.
No. An enquiry starts a discussion. Ask for confirmation of acceptance and of who is responsible for your care before treating the handover as complete.
That requires the receiving prescriber's assessment. Do not assume that a transfer fee guarantees continuation of a particular medicine, dose or schedule.
Ask the receiving team to review your existing reports. It will tell you what it can use and whether more information is required.
Check its notice and payment terms, and agree the care handover first. Ending a contract and making a treatment decision are separate steps.
Service information checked on 20 October 2026. Heracles publishes this guide and offers private TRT care. It explains transfer administration and questions to ask; it does not provide an individual prescribing or stopping plan.
